Come join us for a delectable evening at Acme Bar & Company for our exclusive Charbay Dinner event! Indulge in a gourmet dining experience featuring a specially curated menu paired with 2013 Charbay Cabernet (magnums no less!). And a guided spirits tasting with Master Distiller Marko Karakavesic of his FIVE rarest whiskies!. This in-person event promises a night of exquisite flavors and great company.

The evening begins with a meet & greet cocktail. Followed by a once in a lifetime experience of sampling all FIVE of the rarest of Charbay whiskies; Charbay I - V. This very special whiskey was disillled from PIlsner in 1999 by Marko and his father. It has been aged and released in stages over the past 25 years. This is a true linear expression of one spirit and how it changes and devleops over decades of aging! Acme is the only bar in the world (according to Karakasevic that has all 5 different releases). This is an event for the true whiskey connoisseur!

The evening begins with a glass of sparkling wine to accompany the cheese course.
