Tanisha Chea is no stranger to confidence. As a former state titleholder in Miss America, and Miss USA, and most recently serving as Mrs. North Carolina America, she knows firsthand what it means to stand tall, shine brightly, and show up boldly. A marketing executive, twin mama, and the founder of The Confidence Experience, Tanisha has spent over two decades helping global brands own their story—and now she’s helping women do the same.

Through her signature mix of heart, humor, and high standards, Tanisha creates transformational spaces for women to reconnect with their purpose, build lasting community, and walk into their next season with unapologetic confidence.
