This workshop held by steph and roya is an exploration and exhale into the wisdom of our bodies. Weaving breathwork, bodywork, plant wisdom, and somatic practices. Along with wisdom sharing around fascia, breath, postural alignment. We’ll gently awaken to the deeper knowing of ourselves—our gifts, our truths, and the ancestral power that flows within us.
