Latin American-inspired dishes, Mexican beer, guest DJs — what more could you ask for!

Come beat the heat and join us for a menu takeover featuring Latin American–influenced dishes alongside Pacific Northwest foraged ingredients, paired with refreshing beverages by La Casa Astilleros and beats by guest DJs.

Chef Wesley Young and Zach Cross Nadeau are teaming up to create an à la carte menu that reflects their recent worldly travels, with a focus on using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.

Each night will feature different guest DJs playing a wide variety of genres to create the perfect summer vibe.

The event will take place over two weeks:

• Tuesday, July 29
• Monday, August 4
• Tuesday, August 5
