About Heart Breath:Heart Breath is a simple yet powerful practice that blends interoception (awareness of sensations in the body) with grounding techniques, connecting our nervous systems to the Earth's for greater emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. In times of crisis, coming together in community helps us process fear, anger, and overwhelm.

Through movement, stillness, and breath, Heart Breath leads participants in a guided grounding exercise, followed by a soothing meditation to align with Earth’s energy, restoring inner calm and personal empowerment. Techniques may include shaking, stretching, humming, and deep stillness.

Led by Kat LarsonReiki Master Teacher, somatic therapist, and spiritual coach, Kat has over 15 years of experience helping individuals and organizations—including GitHub, Twitch, Lululemon, and Amazon—navigate personal and spiritual growth. She brings a cross-cultural and cross-temporal approach to healing, offering practical tools for transformation and self-mastery.
