We're hitting the road this summer! The HYROXCA Run Club Summer Series is popping up in different cities across the country to build community, spark momentum, and get sweaty together as we lead up to our biggest Canadian event yet — F45 HYROX Toronto this October.

Whether you're training for your first HYROX or looking to crush a new PB, join us for good vibes, group runs, and a growing crew of like-minded athletes. All paces welcome. Let’s run, connect, and build the hype together.

Parc Maisonneuve – 5 KM loop : Meeting point: Just inside the main entrance of Parc Maisonneuve (on Sherbrooke St E at Viau Blvd), grassy meetup near the Botanical Garden gate — look for the HYROX crew!
