Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned crocheter, you’re invited to join us for an evening of creativity, light bites, and helpful real estate tips. Bring your yarn, bring a project you're working on or just bring yourself! This event is all about community, resource sharing, and inspiring each other through art and knowledge. Have fun chatting while you stitch, share patterns, trade tips, and meet your neighbors in a relaxed, creative space.

Event Schedule

6:30 PM – WELCOME | QUICK INTRO & THE PLAN.

Settle in, say hello, grab some snacks, and learn what the evening will look like.

6:40 PM – CROCHET TIME / FUN TIME

Pick a seat based on your experience level, beginners on one side, experienced crafters on the other. Bring your own supplies if you can! A limited number of yarns and hooks will be available (hooks must be returned). We will have a pattern for you to follow to create a small granny square. I suggest you start looking at tutorial videos. I will place a suggested link below. Coloring pages and art supplies will also be available for non-crocheters or for those who just want to vibe and not crochet!

7:20 PM – 5 MIN BREAK

Refill your drink, stretch, and get ready to shift gears.

7:25 PM – “Real Estate Lingo You Should Know”

A quick and engaging mini-session to help you understand the basics. Its perfect whether you’re thinking of buying, selling, investing or just staying informed.

Bringing a friend?Please make sure they register separately, too! Everyone will be checked in at the event.

🔁 Supplies Reminder:

We will have a limited supply of (5) balls of yarn. And (5) hooks to be returned after the event. Please bring your own materials if possible. Recommended yarn size for the project is #4, with a 4.5-5.5 (mm) hook.
