Level up your cocktail game at Reclaim Arcade’s first-ever mixology workshop! We’re teaming up with Suzie Anker of Anker Bar and Events—a local craft cocktail pro and mobile bartending maven—for a retro-inspired happy hour that’s equal parts educational and entertaining.

In this interactive class, Suzie will guide you through the fascinating history of the martini while breaking down the world of garnishes and methods. Ever wonder why James Bond prefers a drink shaken not stirred? You’ll learn the why behind the what—and taste the difference along the way.

Suzie Anker, of Anker Bar and Events Co. is a Fredericksburg-based bartender extraordinaire and has been serving up spirits at some of the city’s most popular events through the years. Her classes combine the history of cocktails and their ingredients with a contemporary insight on mixing and preparing specialty drinks.
