- Contraindications: I acknowledge that Breathwork and ceremonial cacao may not be suitable for everyone and may have contraindications: including, but not limited to:
- Cardiovascular issues
- Respiratory problems

- Peripheral vascular disease
- Skin conditions
- Recent injuries or wounds

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Jenny Oceans , its directors, officers, employees, agents, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Company or otherwise, while participating in activities organised by the Company.
- Assumption of Risks: I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the activities, events, and educational programs organized by the Company and that I am aware of the risks involved. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my participation.
- Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorise the Company and its representatives to arrange for any necessary medical treatment and services deemed necessary for my wellbeing. I understand that I will be responsible for any associated costs incurred.
- Photographic and Video Release: I grant Jenny Oceans, Brie Quartermaine, Melinda Stone, Peta Lea Brenda and Bex Harris the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and videos taken of me during the activities, events, and educational programs for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes.
- Opt In to Email Marketing: I grant Jenny Oceans, Brie Quartermaine, Melinda Stone, Peta Lea Brenda and Bex Harris permission to add my email address to their email database for value based weekly emails and promotional services. I understand I may unsubscribe at any time I wish to.
