Healing Dogs Through Diet: Frenchie and Bulldog Edition
About this Event
Frenchies and Bulldogs inherently have compromised immune systems due to their need for C-section births, which in turn causes inflammation. This inflammation exaggerates intolerances to appear to be extreme allergies.
However, by feeding the right amount of whole foods and natural supplements (following guidelines set by the AAFCO), as well as additional herbal supplements following traditional chinese medicine, you can eliminate the need for a hydrolyzed kibble diet and regular cypopoint injections and/ or apoquel prescriptions. If you think your dog's symptoms are too extreme to heal by diet, think again! You can help your dog regrow lost fur, eliminate inflamed paws with interdigital cysts, and get rid of red bellies and hives, among other symptoms.
Ultimately, we're giving a roadmap with recipes, links to products to help make cooking as easy as possible, and one-on-one ongoing support to address every imbalance that each pet parent is experiencing with their dog. In other words, this is the class that we were looking for with our own Frenchies but couldn't find... and we can't wait to help you with your dog!
There will be a Level II class scheduled five weeks after this course, to allow time for everyone to buy their supplies and follow the baseline diet for three to four weeks. It's important to us that we keep our classes affordable! Our second class will be offered in small groups of five and will only be $35 ($10 discount if you purchase Level I and Level II together). We'll cover an introduction to Chinese Veterinary Medicine and go around the room and discuss every dogs' needs and how to customize their meals one by one.
