Our invited speaker for this event is Peng Gao, PhD, Assistant Professor of Environmental Health and Exposomics, Environmental Health, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Dr. Gao's Research Interests: Targeted and non-targeted analyses of chemical and biological agents in environmental and biological samples; determinations of mixture contamination, exposure, and toxicity of the multiple stressors; Interactions between the human exposome and internal multi-omics; and applications of the human exposome on health risk assessments and etiology of chronic diseases.
In addition, we will also have presentations from our MiaGB team, fellows, and students who will discuss their recent research advancements in the MiaGB consortium. Please submit your abstracts for your short presentations (~10-15 mins). This can be your preliminary data, you have developed from MiaGB samples or an idea you would like to pursue in future analyses, publications, and grants.
We will also have a round table to discuss the current state and future of the growing MiaGB consortium and its science legacy.
