Join farmer Jonathan Wirth at Strength to Love 2 Farm for a workshop on affordable strategies for managing green waste and crop debris on your urban farm/garden.

Jonathan will cover the basics of three-bin hot compost systems, modified johnson-su cold composting systems, mow and cover techniques, vermicomposting, and woodchips usage.

The workshop will include a:

45-minute tour of Strength to Love 2 farm systems

45-minute hands-on build of a vermicomposting tower out of welded wire cylinder

15-minute wrap-up and debrief of materials covered
