Want to sharpen your knife skills? Learn from experienced chefs and culinary instructors in this introductory course. You'll learn basic kitchen safety alongside classical technique, and leave with a full belly. Chef Matt Klein (executive chef of Roses R&R co-founder of Strange Flavor) leads this class.
You'll learn basic kitchen safety and knife safety, the anatomy of a knife, and a variety of basic cuts. Snacks and a light meal will be served. This is an intimate class, with a maximum capacity of 8 students.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
π Arrive on time or early! We recommend arriving a few minutes before class starts so you have time to get settled.
πββοΈ Long hair must be tied back, and hats or other hair coverings are recommended but not required.
πͺ Knives are only for cutting food.
π Hands must be washed before class begins.

π§βπ§βπ§ Classes are designed for adults, but minors are permitted as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Limit of 1 minor per adult.
