About this Event
Join Coach Mitsu on Wednesday, 25th June at Bandra Fort for a balanced session blending aerobic movement with strength. We begin at 6:00 AM with a 5 km easy run, perfect to warm up the body and shake off mid-week stiffness. After the run, we shift focus to core strength and balance drills—designed to improve posture, stability, and overall running form. These exercises target deep stabilizing muscles, which play a critical role in injury prevention and efficient movement. The combination of light running and focused strength work makes this a well-rounded session for runners of all levels. Total distance can range from 5 to 10 km depending on your pace and intensity. Please remember to carry your hydration. The session wraps up by 7:15 AM. Come ready to move with control, build your base, and boost your core strength!
