Join RCG for an educational rabbit processing workshop.

About this Event

Join us for an educational rabbit processing workshop led by afro indigenous and queer farmer, Angel (they/she). Angels passion is uplifting queer people of color through food sovereignty. She has 12 years of experience raising and processing their own rabbits. Learn and practice skills like humane dispatch, skinning, butchering, evisceration. Ending with Taking home a whole rabbit or cuts of rabbit, a rabbit foot keychain and a recipe card to use for cooking your rabbit.

First demonstration

Info: This is be the first example of processing a rabbit

Hands on processing

Info: Students will put their new skills to practice with the guidence of the workshop lead.
