It is with immense pleasure that we announce the return of Cobbler’s Private Whisky Dinner Series — and this year, we’re kicking things off with a true Irish icon: Redbreast Irish Whiskey.
On Tuesday, July 1st from 7:00PM to 10:00PM, Cobbler will close its doors exclusively for an intimate night of rare whisky, perfectly tailored food pairings, and rich storytelling.
This is no ordinary tasting. You’ll be guided through six incredible Redbreast expressions, finishing with a surprise first-ever pour of the new Redbreast 18 — tasted for the first time at Cobbler in Queensland. A moment worth savouring.

- An expertly hosted tasting by the incredible Nick Miles — a whisky veteran with encyclopedic knowledge and infectious enthusiasm.
- Matching food curated for each whisky, created by Cobbler’s renowned Head Chef Evan White, who has been crafting these dinners for 6 years.
