On Saturday, September 20th, join our roaring twenties themed “Red Shoe Speakeasy Gala” to support the children and families served by the Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern Nevada and Renown Children’s Hospital.

We’ll be putting on the ritz for a beautiful plated dinner and serving up plenty of hooch and games in our pre- and post- party Bootlegger’s Bar… complete with live jazz for dancing, and prohibition cocktails such as an Old Fashioned, Very Cherry Manhattan and Gin Rickey. Dust off your best glad rags, glitz, glamour, flappers and spats and make your way to the party. 1920s attire is encouraged but not required… and of course, don’t forget your red shoes!

Our 52-card Grand Raffle will award a trip for 8 to the Caribbean and our silent auction promises to delight. Old fashioned casino-style table games with costumed dealers will pay out in raffle entries!

Secure your secret password for the elevator access and join us at the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel and Spa that captures the allure and rebellion associated with the clandestine speakeasy establishments of the past while providing our guests with a distinct and memorable experience. Dim lighting, vintage decor, simmering jazz notes, cool cocktails and a cozy ambiance will evoke the clandestine nature of the Prohibition era, while filling the coffers for our local Ronald McDonald House and Renown Children’s Hospital Family Room.
