This free in-person workshop will offer a sample of what you can expect in our full Birth Prep Course, expected to launch in fall 2025. The Birth Prep Course will to help you prepare for the birth experience. Whether you're a first-time parent or looking to refresh your knowledge, this free workshop preview is perfect for you. Our expert instructors, physical therapists and nutritionist specializing in women's health, will cover essential topics and provide valuable tips to help you feel confident and ready for the big day. Don't miss out on this opportunity to ask questions, connect with other parents-to-be, and gain valuable insights. Light snacks will be provided as part of the nutritional education.
