Mandatory All-Staff Training - Let's Grow Together!

Join us for our Mandatory All-Staff Training on Friday, June 27, 2025, beginning promptly at 8:30 AM at the National Steinbeck Center (Salinas Room) and ending at 3:00 PM.

This full-day training will focus on trauma-informed practices, featuring a morning presentation and afternoon activities designed for reflection and real-world application. It’s a valuable opportunity for professional growth, team connection, and strengthening our shared mission.

Attendance & Compensation:
✔️ Staff who attend the entire training day will be paid for a full day (including OMC staff involved in dosing, who arrive late).
✔️ Staff who leave early will be paid only for the hours attended, unless they return to work to complete the remainder of their shift.
✔️ Absences must be approved in advance by your supervisor.

Important Reminders:
🚗 Carpooling is encouraged – parking is available in the garage.
🥗 Lunch will be provided !
