ADIPEC 2025 with LED and the Louisiana District Export Council

Back by popular demand for the 12th year, join the Louisiana booth at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) taking place November 3-6, 2025 in Abu Dhabi, UAE. One of the largest global energy industry events, ADIPEC receives on average 205,000+ attendees and 2,250 exhibitors.

The cost to participate is $3,700 per company (excluding travel expenses, hotel and Eventbrite service fee). These costs are reimbursable through the LED STEP grant* with prior approval and based on availability of STEP grant funding. This co-exhibit opportunity is first come, first served and limited to eight Louisiana companies. Once the maximum of eight companies has been met, new registrations will be added to a “wait list” in the event additional space becomes available. Companies must submit registration and payment, and have their eligibility confirmed by organizer.

Registration includes:

• Registration for 1 company representative
• Branded counter within the Louisiana-branded booth
• Listing in ADIPEC directory
• Meeting tables and electrical
• U.S. Pavilion benefits, including programming and amenities
• Individual consult session and on-site support with the U.S. Commercial Service
• Know Before You Go virtual advance meeting
• Special hotel rates with pre-arranged room blocks at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi
• Delegation shuttle to and from the hotel (pending)
