?‍♂️ 5K Walkathon – 7:20 AM

?? 1K Youth Run (Ages 7-15) – 8:20 AM

? All runs will be electronically timed.
? Trophies will be awarded based on age categories.
?️ Finishers' medals for all participants!

Healthcare professionals for the Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Directorate will be present during this event and will be giving advice on physical activity, nutrition, mental health and smoking cessation. Also, physical activity sessions will be provided for everyone present delivered by a registered physiotherapist.
