Experience the legendary taste of Spain’s finest ham at Twent’s Cocktail Bar & Cigar Lounge. Every 2nd Saturday of the month, we present “Cinco Jotas” (5J) Pata Negra—widely regarded as the best Iberian ham in the world.

Raised in the open pastures of Jabugo since 1879, these purebred Iberian pigs graze freely on grass and acorns, ensuring unmatched flavor and quality. Unlike other producers, Cinco Jotas maintains 100% breed purity, with animals descended directly from ancient Mediterranean wild boars. This dedication, along with strict quality controls, results in a ham of extraordinary taste and character.

Each piece matures for at least three years in natural cellars in the cool Sierra de Aracena. The entire process is overseen by a master ham artisan (“Maestro Jamonero”), who ensures only the most perfectly ripened hams receive the coveted 5J seal. Every slice is hand-carved, offering a melt-in-the-mouth experience that is both rare and unforgettable.
