A Kundalini-inspired practice with Tibetan bowl sound, created to support gentle nervous-system recalibration — without forcing or overload.
During the session, we’ll work with:
– subtle movement to release stored tension
– breath regulation to support stability and inner resilience
– Tibetan bowls to integrate the shift through sound and frequency
