📖 We will read a short blog post from the MIRI Technical Governance Team at the Machine Intelligence Research Institute (MIRI), about a new policy report proposing an international agreement to halt progress toward artificial superintelligence. The blog also features a link to the full report, and to a 30 min explicative video. This is a somewhat polemical and spicy reading to finish the year!
