The Embodied Sisters Circle is for those who identify as women. This space is for you.

This isn’t your typical women’s circle.

It’s not just about journaling, rituals, or meditation—though those are beautiful practices.

This is something different. A space where you don’t have to perform or prove anything. Where you can drop the masks, fully express yourself, and take up space—unapologetically. Where you are held and celebrated by other women.

This is about getting out of the mind and into the body—feeling, expressing, and reclaiming yourself. A space to remember who you are.

The Embodied Sisters circle is a monthly gathering. Each circle is a unique experience, shaped by the energy of the group and the themes that arise. You are welcome to join once or return each month, no two gatherings are ever the same.

WHO I AM

I'm Rama Ball, a French-Senegalese mother of two based in Zug, Switzerland, and an Embodied Heart Leadership Coach.

I empower women—especially women of color—to unapologetically take up space and rise in their leadership.

I know what it means to carry expectations that were never truly ours and the power of reclaiming ourselves beyond them.

For over 12 years, I´ ve led international and diverse teams across retail and corporate retail through leadership, coaching, and deep personal transformation. My own journey led me to explore Tantra, shamanic and energy healing, and transformational voice work—ultimately leading me to certify as a Women's Circle Facilitator and Embodied Tantra Practitioner.

I integrate these teachings into how I hold space today, so people feel more grounded, connected to their authentic self, and empowered to create lasting impact.
