- **Event Name**: 11th Annual Fall Meet and Greet Ride
- **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 05 Nov, 2026 at 04:00 pm (-05:00)
- **Event Description**: The 11th Annual Fall Meet & Greet Ride Awaits!

Mark your calendar for November 6-7, 2026, and join us at Hollerwood Park (2096 KY Hwy 1036, Stanton, KY 40380) for two days of family-friendly guided trail rides, great people, and unforgettable adventures.

Whether you're brand new to off-roading or a seasoned trail veteran, we've got a group for you. Choose from Easy, Easy/Medium, Medium/Hard, Hard, or Extreme trail rides, with multiple guided groups available at each difficulty level. Many rides explore Hollerwood Park, while others venture onto the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway and other scenic local routes.

Want to make your morning easier? Come to Hollerwood Park on Thursday, November 5, from 4:00-6:00 PM for our optional pre-event tech inspection. Get your vehicle inspected the night before, and you'll skip the inspection line on Friday or Saturday morning, giving you more time to get parked, visit with friends, and get ready for the day.

Each ride day, the gates at Hollerwood Park open at 7:30 AM, with the Driver's Meeting beginning at approximately 8:50 AM before groups head to the trails for a full day of wheeling.

Friday evening, join us for an optional dinner from approximately 5:00-7:00 PM, followed by our Sponsor Raffle. It's a great chance to relax after a full day on the trails, catch up with old friends, meet new ones, and maybe even head home with some awesome raffle prizes.

Registration opens August 1 at 8:00 AM at www.meetandgreetride.com. Registration is per vehicle, not per person, making it easy to bring the whole family or your favorite trail buddies.

Event merchandise, including this year's official shirts and hoodies, will also be available during registration.

One piece of advice: don't wait. Many trail groups fill shortly after registration opens, so reserve your spot early and make your lodging plans as soon as possible.

Still have questions? Our FAQ at www.meetandgreetride.com answers most of the common questions about registration, vehicle requirements, trail ratings, lodging, and what to expect during the weekend.

The trails are waiting. The only thing missing is you.

We'll see you in November!
