Join us for the second workshop in our Making Sense of Anxiety series.

In this session, we’ll explore how the nervous system shapes your child’s behaviour — and why dysregulation isn’t a choice, but a sign of overwhelm.

You’ll learn simple, practical body-based tools to support regulation at home, including grounding and one-minute reset practices. The workshop also includes a hands-on embodiment session. 

The workshop will be facilitated by Lara Farrugia, Play Therapist and  Claire Mangion,  Yoga and Embodiment Facilitator.
