This presentation will include a display of many of the infantry arms issued to Ohio's 1861 infantry regiments presented by Historian Phil Spaugy.

Phil's main areas of study and interest have been in the arms and accoutrements of the Federal infantry soldier with an emphasis on soldiers from the great state of OHIO and the firearms of the U.S Arsenal at Harpers Ferry.  Phil is also a contributing editor and columnist for Military Images magazine and a consultant for Civil War New magazine.
