You are invited to choose a character from any cartoon universe and bring them to life on the runway — through fashion, performance and attitude. ?✨
From childhood classics to modern animation, the entire universe is open. ??

There is no need for costumes or full cosplay — let your character guide you through color, texture, silhouette and mood. ?
Translate their essence through fabric, movement and attitude, and especially for the fashion categories, don’t forget to BRING THE FASHION. ?

Think Betty Boop meets editorial glamour, Bratz baddie energy, Jessica Rabbit drama, SpongeBob absurdity, Sailor Moon fantasy, or even Tom & Jerry chaos. Choose a character that inspires you — or one that you always wanted to be. Whether you serve hero, villain, comic relief or iconic diva, this is your animated moment to play! ?

- Prepare the production for your 10s (max 2 minutes).
- Be creative — tell a story, use dancers, props, but please don’t use fire (you’re hot enough on your own ?) or anything that could put you or others in danger.
- You must register for lipsync by filling out the Google Form; only the fastest 8 will get a chance to participate.
- If you have registered, please send your mix (mp3 format) to cartooneyball@gmail.com
 by March 7th.
- There will be no battles — judges will pick the winner based solely on the production for your 10s.

Make an original beat (max 2:00 minutes) for any ballroom category of your choosing. Your beat should be inspired by a cartoon. Send it to cartooneyball@gmail.com by March 12.
Make sure to have friends or house members step onto the runway to present your BEAT to the judges! Each judge will score every beat/performance between 6 and 10. The highest overall score wins. In case of a tie, judges will vote.
