Substitutions & Cancellations/Refund Policy
Substitutions are free of charge and accepted up to (5) days before the event commences. All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations must be received by direct email to bWFyayAhIHJ5YW4gfCBpY29uZ3JvdXBsdGQgISBjb20= at least (3) weeks before the event commencement date to obtain a full credit note to the value of the participation fee.
Non-attendance or non-payment does not constitute a cancellation.
For any Cancellations made within 3 weeks prior to the event date, a Credit Note to the value of 50% of the booking rate will be issued. All credit notes can be used on any event up to two years from the issue date.
