- **Event Description**: If you recently began attending New Vision or are exploring for a new church home, you are invited to participate in our next Newcomers Gathering on Sunday, November 9. Whether you have visited once or have been with us a while and want to learn more about the church, we hope you will join us. The gathering will be held immediately following our 10am worship from 11:15–12:30ish. Just grab a bite to eat from our reception, and join the circle at the front of the sanctuary.

This gathering will offer a welcoming space for those who are new to our church community. Rev. Mary and Tom Woodbridge will facilitate the gathering, and topics will include:

* What it means for our faith and ministry to be a progressive church
* Our connection with the United Church of Christ
* Our community involvement
* How you can be involved (Being included in our church directory, volunteer opportunities, and the use of our online directory and our donation app)
