The aim of the day is to provide a space to connect with other business owners and to develop a business that is aligned with who you are and what you want. We hear the term a lot in business about working on your business rather than in your business well this workshop goes a step further and allows you to connect with you as the driver of that business. The session will be led by Donna Gilbert, a Level 7 Executive Coach, an NLP Master Coach, an MBit Coach, Creative and Reiki Master so this session is packed with creative expression, making, self reflection and empowerment. The session will include: a grounding and empowering guided meditation and a reki healing expeienceintention setting, a creative reflective task with clay that allows you to capture a unique learning from the meditationA deep dive into imposter syndrome and losing confidence and a chance to build a support planA guided vision board session that helps you to creatively plan, reflect and contemplate what next for you and your businessA dip into the importance of self love and gratitude for you and your onward business journey You will take away a vision board and your make and a toolkit of new things to think about to support your mindset and wellbeing. This session is fully funded with thanks to Caerphilly Council RDP funding and UK Government that means that there is no cost to you. Spaces are limited so please only take one if you fully intend attending. Please come with an open heart and a creative outlook and a willingness to play, connect and accept the intuition that comes to you during this session.
