We will set off at 4.30 am to watch the sun rise as we walk/move/dance towards the Observatory to watch the day begin.Move in Nature gives you the opportunity to follow simple movements that reconnect us with ourselves, and with nature and the environment around us. It’s a great way to be active, connect with others, be mindful, relieve stress and feel re-energised. Being in nature has been proved to increase mental health and well-being, as has physical activity.You will be provided with a silent disco style head set for high music quality while moving in nature. Each participant is linked to the music and the facilitators voice so we avoid sound pollution of the space and provide a personalised high quality musical experience for everyone. Come dressed for the weather and ready to move.
