Over three nourishing days, we will weave together a tapestry of healing practices — sound healing, gong baths, breathwork, movement, dearmouring, and more — guiding you back into presence, into vitality, and into love.

? Sound Healing – Tibetan singing bowls placed directly on the body help release tension, restore flow, and create balance at the physical, emotional, and energetic levels. The subtle vibrations bring harmony and allow the body to remember its natural state of ease.

? Gong Baths – Immersive journeys into sound where the expansive resonance of the gongs washes through you, calming the nervous system, dissolving stress, and opening the gateway to deep states of relaxation and insight.

?️ Breathwork – Guided breathing techniques that activate life force, release stagnant energy, and expand awareness. Supported by sound, the breath becomes a pathway to clarity, healing, and renewal.

? Dearmouring – Conscious loving touch combined with more deep touch helps the body soften and release its protective layers, opening space for sensitivity, freedom, and authentic connection.

? Movement & Self-Connection – Simple embodied practices that support integration, helping you feel grounded, aligned, and ready to walk with more strength and openness in daily life.

Over the course of the retreat, we will move between giving and receiving, between stillness and expression. Working in pairs and groups, you’ll experience shared presence, co-regulation, and deep connection. Together, we will create a sacred space where healing becomes natural, supported, and profound.

Aistė Li
Sound therapist, psychologist, and eternal student of life. For more than a decade, Aistė has been guiding sound journeys, weaving science, intuition, and presence into safe and nurturing spaces for deep transformation.

Olof Jilken
Devoted space holder and guide in dearmouring and parts work. Olof is passionate about creating sacred containers where healing, connection, and self-discovery can unfold naturally.

Together, Aistė and Olof create a grounded, heart-centered space where sound, breath, movement, and touch meet — inviting you to release what no longer serves you and to step into the fullness of life.
