These events will be facilitated by Lisa Marie, Certified Death Doula, as a way to bring our community together and connect with resources and wisdom.

The 2026 event calendar will alternate between a specific educational topic, and an open-forum called a Death Cafe.
A Death Cafe is a global movement that creates space for meaningful community dialogue around death.

These events are completely FREE and will be hosted the 4th Thursday of each month from 5:30-7 pm at Preservation Hall in Yreka.
