Some previous experience in Tai Chi, preferably Sun style, is needed

We learn/practice forms that enhance balance, flexibility, and relieve symptoms of arthritis. It is also excellent for keeping your mind sharp and to relieve stress…It is for a reason that Tai Chi is nicknamed Meditation in Motion.

*Wednesdays 4pm
*Starts April 24th in Bloomfield Location
*This is an all-standing program (no floor work).
*Student may also sit in a chair if desired.
*Clean indoor shoes only (or barefoot).
*For all ages.
*Dress for comfort.
*$90 for the 8 class series / $75 EARLY BIRD to the first 10 enrollees.
