There is a fire in the gut of a woman, and in every soul who has been silenced or severed from their sacred howl. Rage is not the enemy. It marks the place where grief was never witnessed and pain was never named.

In this descent, we do not banish rage. We sit with her, listen to her heat, and let her reveal what lies beneath. For under her flame lives sorrow as old as riverbeds and as deep as bloodlines. Through the law of As Above, So Below, As Within, So Without, we honor rage as ancestral, cellular, cosmic, and as a messenger of what was never spoken.

This workshop invites you into the mythic. Time becomes a spiral, and in trance and ritual we meet the inner child, the scarred ancestor, and the future self rising. What we move in the body, we move in the lineage.

You are asked to bring a trusted partner or sacred witness who can hold space without fixing. Together we will create group agreements for safety, presence, and compassionate seeing. Please note that this work may evoke intense emotions, vocal release, or movement.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a blanket, shawl, or large scarf for aftercare.

The heart of this journey is a Trance Dance ceremony where movement becomes medicine and rage becomes sacred fuel. We close with gentle grounding and nervous system care.
