You do not need to identify as queer - anyone with a body can participate in dance and fitness classes, but know this is a proudly queer space <3 . Still curious to know more:

Queer Dance & Fitness every 3rd Sunday/Month is where you want to be if you want to build Community in an inclusive, authentic, and fun space!  Everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level. Check out a variety of movement & mindfulness  sessions to get you to express yourself freely and connect.. Forge new friendships in a vibrant queer-owned Rhizome Roots Studio. 


Drop in available, priority given for early Signup 

Come solo or partnered. No prior experience needed. Bring a clean pair of shoes for inside studio please.
