Backpacking 99 (FEB 1, MAR 1, APR 5) 3-part series
If you want to join Guided Backpacking Weekend Excursions or learn basic of wilderness trekking this is the class series for you! 

Learn what to pack, how to prepare food, first aid, and more. $30 for the series or $15 for students.

2026 walks are $10/person which helps cover cost for materials, curriculum planning, and instruction time. If cost is a concern please DM us- we offer volunteer opportunities and strive to offer quality wellness classes for everyone.

Explore the fundamentals of identifying and harvesting wild flora and fungi, and the abundance of natural Michigan ecosystems.
Begin to unearth the ancient patterns of plants and mushrooms thriving in nearby forests and fields.

Educational and hands-on learning will introduce key characteristics of flora & fungi and sustainable foraging practices.

No prior experience or special equipment necessary; just bring yourself and a sturdy pair of shoes. Discover the beauty of the natural world, and the delicious or practical uses of botanicals and edible plants & mushrooms.
