New Leaf Players are so excited to announce our auditions for our inaugural production, The Trail To Oregon! Please sign up for a time slot below, and look out for an email coming in January with a link to our audition form.

For those auditioning: please prepare up to a 32 bar cut, preferably from a song from the show, but any song in the style of the show is also fine!
Available roles:
Father: (Male presenting, age flexible) Main push of the show and must be comfortable interacting with the audience. Kind of airheaded but fights for his family
Mother (Female presenting, age flexible) - The only thing holding her family together. Tired of her husband always messing things up, but loves him anyway.
Daughter (Female presenting, young look) - Thinks shes grown up, but still just a teenager. Looking for love on the trail
Son (7 year old boy typically played by female presenting actor, young look) - Curious but naive as kids are. Creates some of the funniest situations in the show.
Grandpa/Cletus Jones (Male presenting, age flexible) - Wise but starting to lose it a little. Will get lost but wants to help the family. Has lobster related trauma.
McDoon/Everyone Else (Male presenting typical, but not required, age flexible) - McDoon is the main villain in the show, a bandit along the trail. Role also includes nearly every other role in the show. Must be able to play multiple different style characters.
