Join the U of M OUTreach with Outlaws for a free clinic dedicated to assisting the LGBTQ+ community with name and gender marker changes and affidavits of parentage. Learn how to legally change your name and gender marker in the state of Michigan. Information on how to update your Social Security, Passport, Driver’s License, and Birth Certificate will also be available. Legal volunteers will be on-site after the presentation to answer questions and assist with forms. In addition, notaries will be on site to assist with affidavits of parentage.
