- **Event Description**: Trainer Rodney is VERY excited to bring back the Top Dog’s Outdoor Advanced Recall Class. 

What can you expect to learn in this class? 

This is a five week class that meets for 45 minutes each week. There will be a homework assignment each week between classes for the teams to work on. The focus on this class is recalling your dog back to you whenever they are separated from you and distracted by something outside. We will focus on building up their attention, span, strengthening their impulse control, & sharpening your hand commands. This five week advanced class cost $175 for all five weeks.

This class is nonrefundable and non-transferable to other classes. 

A waiver must be signed for this class at the first week upon arrival. 

What to wear:

Make sure to wear secure shoes or boots on your feet Waterproof would be the best!!   we will be outside every week, so always stress for the weather. Light rain we train, storm we cancel. 

What should your dog have on them? 

A harness that fits to on your dogs back is the safest and most effective for this class. We do not permit hooking them on their collars for this class. 

We recommend you bring a high-value treat that your dog absolutely loves but something that is special that they don’t get all of the time.

We recommend that you have a treat pouch that you can hook onto your waist so that you can have both of your hands free to work with your dog for this class. 

Which should your dogs know before joining a class like this?

Your dog should grasp the basics of obedience, knowing Sit, stay, and come here. 

What will we be using on your dogs for class? 

We will be using long extended leashes between 10 feet and 30 feet long. 

We will be using clickers and squeakers as recall, tools and devices.

What are optional tools that we can bring for training? 

You’re welcome to put an electronic collar on your dog. If you feel they have a high wanderlust and they may be a flight risk. 

We are very excited for everybody who joins this class, but we only have space for the first eight students so please send us a message. This class will be on a first come first registered basis.
