Sista Circle

This is for the women who carry everyone else.
For the mamas who pour from cups that need refilling.

Sista Circle is a sacred space for Black women to root down, breathe deep, and grow forward. We gather to care for our mental, physical, and emotional wellness through gentle movement, grounding practices, sound experiences, reflection, and sisterhood. This is a place to exhale, be seen, and be poured back into, without pressure or performance.

We meet bi monthly to create consistent rhythm and community. Each gathering offers space to slow down, reconnect with your body, tend to your inner life, and be supported by women who understand the weight you carry. Come as you are. Leave more rooted, more rested, and more whole.
