Fitness Line Dance Fusion

This class will get you in shape while enjoying easy and fun line dancing to a variety of music. Classes include exercises such as toning of legs, arms and core. Along with having fun you will notice a physical, mental and emotional benefit. Equipment needed: Sneakers, water bottle and hand weights if desired
