Festivus Feats of Strength: Return of the Bro-Nog

A Festivus for the Rest of Us!!! At Goonfit Powerlifting gym

Holiday gym party, bench presses and other fun lifts. There will be good food, drinks, loud music and heavy lifts!


This year we will be bringing back The Bro-Nog from our original Festivus party, a holiday eggnog like drink specifically for the gym bros.


Bring some $ to chip in and non-perishable food for donation to the 2nd Harvest Food bank!!
