Coffee + Yoga

Sunday March 8th at 11am at Trek Coffee House, join me for 60 mins of ultra slow-paced, creatively sequenced asana focused on cultivating a deeper connection to yourself, finding the most valuable variation of each pose for *your* body and connecting breath to movement… the TLC your mind and body deserve ☘️

This is a slow-moving but *very physical* practice designed for all levels. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Each ticket comes with a free drink of your choice, redeemable before or after class ☘️
