The Autumn Equinox offers us a powerful opportunity to create balance in our lives, to let go of what no longer serves us, and to embrace the darker half of the year with cozy, intentional ease. This workshop is a quiet reset for the shift into Fall. You are invited to slow down, get cozy, and make space for what’s next. 

We will begin with cyclical living tips to welcome Fall from an Ayurvedic perspective. Ayurveda focuses on longterm health by bringing the mind, body, and spirit into balance. 

Next, students will be lead through a grounding,  slow flow yoga class to promote balance and activate the root chakra. This yoga offering will be lead by Mandy Hinkle in the form of a heated Earth Flow class. This is an open-level practice. All poses can be modified, students will be encouraged to rest when needed, and beginners are welcome. 

After yoga, participants will be guided into a deep meditation focused on intentional living during the cooler, darker days of autumn. Following guided meditation, the ultimate relaxation begins. A sound bath will be facilitated by Sarra Mohn to promote sacred rest, nervous system healing, and divine rejuvenation for the mind, body and soul. Meditation and Sound Bath will not be heated. 

Expect to leave this workshop feeling blissfully relaxed with “real life tools” to thrive during Autumn and all that cozy season has to offer.
