Free Holy Yoga Candlelight Flow

Join us for a peaceful, heart-centered candlelight yoga flow as we prepare for Christmas with intention, breath, and light. This class offers gentle movement, grounding breathwork, and a Holy Yoga meditation woven into a warm and welcoming environment. All faith backgrounds are welcome to participate.

In the spirit of giving, we will also be collecting toiletries and personal care items for women in need.
Please consider bringing:

- Shampoo or conditioner
- Toothpaste or toothbrushes
- Soap or body wash
- Deodorant
- Any additional toiletry items you feel called to donate

All contributions will be delivered to Mutual Grounds.
