Guest will also have the chance to Investigate this haunted south Texas property, featured on popular shows like Ghost Adventures and Destination Fear, as well as major YouTube channels like Sam and Colby and Amy’s Crypt.

The hospital witnessed an estimated 2,000 deaths before closing its doors as a hospital in 1986. This is your chance to explore its eerie history and see what you can uncover.

Choose between an Early Investigation (7:30 PM - 11:00 PM) or a Late Investigation (11:30 PM - 4:00 AM), or go all in with a VIP All-Night Pass! Both time options include a séance with Fred Garza-Guzman from the Curious Twins! Full details are listed below.

* Christmas Carol Séance. The Christmas Carol Séance invites guests to take part in a rare and moving experiment in spirit communication. By candlelight and through the familiar melodies of Christmas carols, participants will seek to reach both the spirits said to linger within the hospital and the loved ones who have crossed over. Throughout the evening, a variety of paranormal and spirit communication tools will be used to enhance the experience and encourage interaction from the other side. This shared act of song and reflection serves as both a heartfelt invitation to the beyond and a collective exploration of the unexplained, creating an experience that captures the warmth, wonder, and mystery of the season. Guests are welcome to participate in whatever way they feel most comfortable, whether by singing, observing, or simply holding space for the moment. After all, ghost stories were once a beloved part of the Christmas holiday, when the season’s light and darkness intertwined in perfect harmony.

* Early Investigation ($74): Join us for a tour and investigation from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM, which includes a 10:00 PM séance with the Curious Twins, Fred Garza-Guzman.
* Late Investigation ($95): For the night owls, this option runs from 11:30 PM to 4:00 AM. The experience includes a tour, investigation, and a 3:00 AM séance with the Curious Twins, Fred Garza-Guzman.
