Beginning Acrylic Painting- a 6 week introduction with Sean Strickland

Under the guidance of instructor Sean "Teach" Strickland, students will gain a solid foundation of the basics of acrylic painting techniques, learn the materials, the power of values, composition and color mixing. Students will learn how to prime, finish, and display their paintings.

Each class has clear objectives with students completing one painting per class. Instructor Sean Strickland will help you develop your creativity and artistic skill. Gain confidence over the six weeks and express yourself through acrylic painting.

Tuesday evenings 6:00- 8:30 PM
January 20, 27 and February 3,10,17, 24th.
YAF members $250. Non-members $275.

Simply call On the Hill Gallery at (757) 369-1108 or stop by the gallery to pay registration and reserve your seat. Gallery hours are Tuesday- Saturday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm. Sunday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Gallery is closed on Mondays.
